We established Jim’s Landscape Service in January of 1996, turning our passion into our livelihood. With just six accounts, we began offering the same kind of property care we loved to do at our own home. Our business grew as satisfied customers referred us to family, friends, and neighbors. Steadily, we mastered skills, acquired equipment, and hired staff as we built relationships with clients and vendors.
Today, we provide residential and commercial landscape maintenance, irrigation, and landscape lighting services to homeowners, property mangers, realtors, and part-time residents. We focus on customer service and enhance the value of each property we visit.

Dear Valued Customer,
Jim’s Landscape Service, LLC strives to offer quality landscape service with integrity and respect. We invite you to contact us with any questions, needs or concerns regarding your landscape.Following your free initial consultation, a maintenance proposal is created and emailed or mailed, usually within 3 business days. After reviewing, let us know if there are any omissions, errors or needed adjustments. Upon acceptance of the proposal, we will schedule your service and perform the agreed-upon tasks at the intervals noted. Ongoing services are billed monthly and bills are due upon receipt. Prompt payment is expected and appreciated.We grow our business with satisfied customers and will take any necessary and appropriate actions to ensure your satisfaction. In return, we ask that that you communicate any questions or concerns you may have in regards to your service and that your payments are made promptly.
