A Garden to Dye For
I’ll never look at a colorful plant, seed, flower, leaf, or garment in the same way again!

A Garden to Dye For is a delight from beginning to end. As with all of this author’s works, it is honest, fun, inspiring, witty, and thorough. She has considered every angle and answered every question in a way that makes me feel as though there is a friendly mentor standing right beside me. In fact, the book takes a multi-faceted process and makes it seem downright simple.

A peek inside this box of treasure: for the gardener, plans and reasons to plant more stuff; for the artist, tools for their craft; for the homesteader, more resources; for the health nut, a reason to dye fabric and wear natural dyes.

Reading this beautiful book made me want to give dying a try. And having it in my possession assures me that when I’m ready, I’ll have McLaughlin’s book, as well as her Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/AGardentoDyeFor to guide and inspire.

Oh look! at all those marigolds in my garden, and pomegranate rind and the eucalyptus…..hmmmmm
