Terms of Service

Dear Valued Customer,
Jim’s Landscape Service, LLC strives to offer quality landscape service with integrity and respect. We invite you to contact us with any questions, needs or concerns regarding your landscape.Following your free initial consultation, a maintenance proposal is created and emailed or mailed, usually within 3 business days. After reviewing, let us know if there are any omissions, errors or needed adjustments. Upon acceptance of the proposal, we will schedule your service and perform the agreed-upon tasks at the intervals noted. Ongoing services are billed monthly and bills are due upon receipt. Prompt payment is expected and appreciated.

We grow our business with satisfied customers and will take any necessary and appropriate actions to ensure your satisfaction.  In return, we ask that that you communicate any questions or concerns you may have in regards to your service and that your payments are made promptly.
