“Commercial landscape maintenance presents some special challenges…the client is not just the property manager, or owner, but the hundreds or thousands of people visiting the property or driving by.” — Jim Neville, Jim’s Landscape Service

Homeowners Associations We will follow an existing “scope of work”, or create a customized maintenance plan. Whether your association is self-operated, or uses a management company, we work closely will our clients to facilitate desired outcomes. Additionally, we offer a 10% discount* to the residents of any HOA we service.
Property Managers We work directly with property managers to coordinate landscape maintenance services. We offer email communication, e-billing, and will establish communication with the appropriate representative .
Realtors  and Bank Reps We offer  one-time property clean-up, as well as ongoing maintenance services for real estate and bank-owned properties. To ease the demands on agents and bank reps, we emphasize email communication and an e-bill service.
Churches Church properties normally gear up for weekend activities and we try to accommodate by scheduling service near the end of the week. We work with deacons, administrators and boards to meet their particular needs.
If your specific commercial property is not listed above, please contact us directly.
